Vic’s on the River Wedding in Savannah

On a spring day, we gathered for Brittany and Ryan’s Vic’s on the River wedding in Savannah, Georgia.

Although Brittany and Ryan married in Savannah, GA, they met at the Village Idiot Pub in Cocoa Beach. Since the pub was a special place to them, we also captured their engagement photos there.

They had many special moments on their wedding day, but overall we loved the personality of this couple and the fact that they were so focused on each other and having the best day ever from the very beginning.

Getting ready for the day started at the Alida Hotel. With plenty of space for Brittany and Ryan’s bridal party and themselves, it was an excellent place for them to get ready. There was natural light streaming through the room’s large window, which always makes for incredible photos.

Because of health issues, they had to reschedule their wedding in 2020. Therefore, they decided they wanted their special day to be at a place for everyone to enjoy and have a great day!

Vic’s on the River provided the best Savannah, GA, wedding venue for Brittany and Ryan! They loved the ceremony space with the brick walls & beautiful windows, and the entire venue was just so unique and beautiful. They chose to have a timeless modern wedding with a black and white color palette. The day’s vibe matched perfectly for their Vic’s on the River wedding.

Their wedding ceremony was unique as it truly spoke to them as a couple. As a result of their dedication to each other and their kids, the wedding ultimately reflected them and everything they loved. They shared two shots during the ceremony; one shot was in honor of Brittany’s mom, who’d passed away, and the other was for the two of them.

Vic’s on the River’s Stoddard Room can accommodate 100+ guests and is furnished with Chiavari chairs, linens, candles, & fresh flowers. Their private events menu features the same Low Country style fare they serve at the main restaurant. This exquisite venue is in a perfect location with spectacular balcony views of the Savannah River and Historic River Street.

There’s nothing like Vic’s on the River photos! Aside from the incredible balcony views, it’s also located near a variety of walkways, bridges, and plenty of greenery. Our favorite images of them were on the balcony with the Savannah River in the background! The water backdrop captures some of the most iconic images that Savannah offers.

We love working alongside our customers to make sure every photo they want taken is captured. Brittany and Ryan emphasized that it was crucial that we plan their day so that they could get the Vic’s on the River photos and enjoy every moment of their day, which is why we coordinated their timeline.

Family is super important to Brittany and Ryan. The focus of their day was each other, as well as family. While doing the dad/daughter and mom/son dances, they also each danced with their children.

Brittany and Ryan’s wedding day was truly magical! They made the whole day an epic party to celebrate their love!
